The School of Arts & Sciences Announces SAS Commons

The School of Arts & Sciences has announced SAS Commons, a new academic initiative that will bring students, faculty, and the public together to examine complex and consequential topics across the full range of arts and sciences disciplines. Launching this summer, SAS Commons will be organized around a single, timely theme that rotates every two years. The inaugural theme will be Democracy and Knowledge, with Sophia Rosenfeld, Walter H. Annenberg Professor of History, serving as inaugural director.
